Question: i wanted to know if anyone has tryed losing wieght with dietfreedom.com if you have are they any good. i've just order there GL made easy book and was think of join there membership site but would like to fined out if it work for anyone eles befor i start throwing more money away on yet another diet what know good. thank you x
Answers: I am afraid this is just another way of extracting money from the gullible and desperate. To lose weight you need to eat less and do more exercise. None of these things really produce sustained weight loss, increase your penis or breast size or improve your libido. They only line the pockets of thousands of unprincipled charlatans.
personal opinion - these diets are all crap. this works better than anything else because it's common sense.

to maintain your current weight you should et 2000kcals per day. so to lose weight you need to restrict this to 1500kcals. but make sure you eat no less than 1500kcals as this will slow your metabolism & you won't lose anything.

if you are restricting your diet it's also a good idea to take a multivitamin to ensure you are getting all your vital nutrients.

if you cut your cals back to 1500 per day & do exercise 2-3 times per week you will lose 1-3lbs per week easily.

drink plently of water, try & increase the amount of fruit & veg you eat & swap white bread for brown bread, full cream milk to skimmed milk etc.
