What is your opinion about "Biggest Loser?"??
Question: Here's the thing...I never watched the whole thing before but SAW later and lasting results on people from it. Hearing from chronically SKINNY people here won't count - HA HA (just cuz a lot of you are normally skinny)....but I've lost a lot of weight and kept it off for over 4 years - but starting to feel like it's coming back a little bit. Not going to let it happen and I think this show is a great motivational show (for us who are maintaining well) and those who have serious weight issues (people never having a weight problem can not and will not understand). It's a major life change.....I think I'm going to keep watching it. Just to keep the motivation going. What is your thought?
Answers: I love the Biggest Loser! I find it so motivating. I just began watching the reruns on Style Network this summer and I can't wait for the new season tonight. It's really interesting to see how these people lose weight so fast.
