How can i lose man boobs and a litle gut??


Question: ive had a gut since like i was born!! and boobs!! and i dont know how to get rid of it!! i walk home everyday!! i play sports and!! i run like the wind!! and i dont even eat that much! and when i do! its healthy! so i dont know whats up! can u please help me!!
