Please help me with my weight :(??
Question: Ok, i am a 11 year old girl, 5'1, and weigh about 75 pounds, people in my class always call me anorexic, but i dont think i am. sometimes it really hurts my feelings and i just wish i could so something about it. please dont tell me anything like, dont listen to what they say, or you will gain weight soon, I NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT NOW!!! i have a high metabolisim, and i was wondering is there anyway i could slow it down, and is there any foods i could eat to make me thicker or any techniques? PLEASE TELL ME.
Answers: First, you might not want to hear this.. but you should be comfortable with your body honey =).
So, it might be beneficial to eat lots of protein. Also, eat 5 or 6 small meals a day (instead of 3 big meals).

Work your hamstrings and glutes.....This will improve your backside, but having a butt as big as a serena williams or J-LO, and having a little bitty waist, thats genetics......yea, you could eat alot
Actually, for your height, 190 lbs isn't that bad as long as your bodyfat % is low (10-15%). But as long as you are healthy, don't worry about your weight. Your a teen so it will fluctuate a little. J
Do crunches, and if you have an excerise ball you can place that between you feet and do crunches this way and you will feel it and see results with in weeks....Just maintain...

Lie on your back on the floor and then lift your legs up in the air keeping your knees straight (lift from the hip). This exercise works the lower abs muscles really well. try it.

Try tracking what you eat - it helps me immensely. If you see how much you are really eating, it's quite the wake-up call.

Take two spoonful of castor oil and that will speed up your metabolism, take that for a week twice a day.
Perhaps you need to raise your metabolism. Or your body is telling you that there is no weight to lose. Funny how you're not saying how much you weigh or your body frame. That info may help us answer
a start is always a start...try 30 minutes, if you can to start. If its too hard try lower levedl/speed on the cardio machine and move up and down for the 30 minutes.
