What should i do??
Question: I am 20 years old im 4'11 my weight was 110, but now am at 140. I dont know what to do. When I feel sad I eat, and when I feel fat I keep eating. I feel like I have no control over my life. I don’t know what to do I have school, I have work, im trying to get over an ex. But in the end everything turns ro food. What can I do to stop? And all of this has been in the last month.

go to a psychologyst, they can help you, just to re order your life, get the priotities to be worried about, and focus in something else rather than food. good luck
There are many girls/women with a problem like yourself. Its called comfort eating. At least you are aware that you are doing it some arent. Why dont you join a weight loss class or see your therapist about it. Lots of luck.
Consult a dietitian immediately
The best thing I can suggest you do is find a good fiend to talk to that has gone thru the same situation. And to take time out for yourself everyday and do something that you like to do that makes you happy.
Im 19 and 5 foot. Its awesome to see somone the same size as me! =] As for the weight, just stay active. Really. I mean I never had a problem with my weight. I was always busy running around, and I even ate what I wanted. So just stay positive. By busy I dont mean exercise 24/7, but you know here and there, then do yer everyday activities. Just do that & cut down a bit on the food so much. And if u feel you need eat to make yourself feel better, just make a salad instead! Thats still food!
you must stop eat fast food in heavy quantity, fatty food. you should eat some light food which contains less fat and more carbohydrate and consult a psychologist for your that problem when you sad you want eat.
A good determination is important.Ask yourself do you really want to lose weight.If yes then

2. Sensible Dieting
