What Is the bet food you can eat that will keep you fuller longer so you dont want to eat again right away.??


Question: I have tryed many things like oatmeal, beans, and lean meats.
Answers: Food that are high in Fiber, like whole grains, high fiber cereals and breads, and fruits and vegetables. It will also help to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Personally i dont buy into the premise of the question becuase it is my view that people should eat approx every two hours as long as it is not junk.

If you were to choose proteins and complex carbohydrates you may not feel hungry as fast because they digest slow than refined carbs and foods with little or no protein in them.
Celery.

First, try drinking water before a meal, it keeps you from scarfing down food.

High Fiber foods like oatmeal, toast, and apples will help. If you are looking calorie wise, look at foods that at really low at calories that you can eat a lot of.

Avoid foods that are salty or full of sugar. If you eat something substantial and you are hungry afterwards, drink more water.
Macaroni or spagheti will do the trick!
Drinking water always makes me full. Otherwise meat and vegetables are a good way to keep you full longer. Avoid sugary/processed foods which contains additives that make you want to eat more.
Peanut Butter & Jelly on whole wheat...you'll never be hungry again!
Pancakes, potatoes, gravy.
TRY WHOLEWHEAT PASTA WITH PROTEIN LIKE MINCE OR CHICKEN ETC IT WORKS FOR ME WHEN I'M FASTING ALL DAY. I'LL HAVE A BOWL FULL BEFORE SUNRISE AND THEN ANOTHER AFTER SUNSET AND I WILL SPEND A BUSY DAY RUNNING AROUND DOING EVERYDAY ERRANDS AND NOT FEEL HUNGRY AT ALL. GOOD LUCK
