Is this vitamin drink good to take??

are there any rubbish stuff in here i need to watch out for?
is it true absorbtion is better from liquid forms and do you reckon i should take a break from this to let my liver heal.

Answers: it is true that a certain amount of vitamins are good for you, but also it is proven that too many is bad for you, you should be able to get all the vitamins you need from your diet, if it is sensible. really the only time you should need to take extra, is if you are ill or need a boost for some reason.
Some say you don't need vitamins and mineral supplements if you eat healthy and balanced. This stuff looks expensive, I recon you'd get the same result from a normal multivitamin, If you take exessive fat soluable vitamins you can overdose, water soluable ones just get flushed out of your body. Fish oil helps with vitamin C and Zinc absorption, and Iron helps with vitamin C absorption. I've noticed in myself since I've been taking a supplement I haven't been sick as much.
