Question: what are ways o a healthy life syle

im 13 im a female im 130 pounds!
Answers: ok so.. heres the deal... u might want to do so many sit ups each night. and eat plenty of food. getting fat is your body stroing the food away because u get hungry too often most people suggest having 6 meals a day but smaller portions. im not sure if u could do that being as where u are still in skool... but eat plenty. eating is not the problem. just exercise. walk every day. or maybe get into a sport. and dont be afraid to have a little wieght. i think a girl is nice when they ARENT skinny, most guys feel the same. so dont worry about followig the standard trying to be skinny and disgusting. i think 130 is a good wieght as long as u dont go too far over it. remember though. do sports jog daily or i do 100 sit ups a day..
when i stoped eating refined sugar, i got really skinny.
so, dont eat candy, SODA, sugary drinks, and ice cream. stuff like that. lots of fruit!!! it helps. :]
i went a couple of weeks with out it, and the changes were amazing!
control your eating habits. change your menu. if you don't want to do an exercise then you have to do fasting.

1.) Body. You need to give your body the proper amount of attention. Which includes eating properly (not junk and fast foods)and exercising (it doesn't have to be daily or long just 30 minutes every 3-6 days).
2.) Mind. You need to stimulate your mind. Read something, such a paper article, have a conversation with a friend, or something to stimulate your mind.
3.) Relationships. You have to give ample time for friends and family. Keep good relationships. Also you need to have a good relationship with yourself (i.e. positive self image, taking care of yourself, giving back to yourself)
You don't have to do lots of work in order to live healthy life. However, if the last point you made in your question was 'i don't have a lot of time to exercise' what more can you ask for? Exercise gives your body straight, energy, and burns off calories. Exercise doesn't have to be a 2 hour daily thing. A walk around the block every two days is considered moderate exercise. If you don't have the time to exercise (which if you're 13, you should) just make sure you walk at least 10,000 steps every day. That is also exercise, and its really simple. Just by a 8$ pedometer and tada.

try stretching not only before and after you work out but later that day and when you wake up the next morning. Also you can use Whey protein, its a powder that you can mix in a drink. It helps build
If that's how much you weigh, I wouldn't dwell on trying to lose weight and diet. Eat healthy and exercise and you'll be fine. :-)
