Fun, Cheap Exercise ideas PLEASE!!!!!!??
Question: Ok help!! I really want to get healthy and fit. But I am SOOOOO bored with jogging and walking! I live in the middle of nowhere, so I dont exactly have the option of going to the gym, and I dont want to spent a fortune on equipment either. If you have any fun ideas or know of any fun workout DVDs I would be happy to hear from you!!

Answers: Dancing. just blast ur music and go crazy. it burns a lot of calories. also if you have tile floors slipping around in socks is actual exercise.
i know ur tired of jogging/walking but if u take music cd/mp3/ipod sumthing it may be better also see if u can get a friend to walk with
I live in the middle of nowhere too and won't walk for fear of dogs. I work around my yard, planting, weeding and mowing some of it with a push mower just for the exercise.
Something is better than nothing.
You can use can food, water bottles or milk jugs for weights.
Just fill the water bottles or milk jugs with dirt, rocks, or sand, for easy cheap weights.
If your house has steps, you can use them for stretching, and running up and down.
If your bed sits low hook your toes under to help to hold yourself for crunches.
There is always jumping rope, with old electrical cord, or clothes line.
Look up and order belly dancing DVDs this will help shape your abs, shoulders, and butt. Plus it is super fun. I have some and love them.
