Lossing Weight gaining self-esstem??

I start my weight loss and body shaping Moday. Is this possible by the end of June from now. I will do whatever it takes. I feel so insercure about myself that I wont take my shirt off in the summer even in the water. I have the proper equiment to help myself please just give me a schedual for my training. I want abs, lose weight, lose manboobs, lose lovehandles, gain self-esteem. My body ruins my self I wont have sex, im afraid to get to close to the girlfriends get, I cant get as many girlfriends because I am afriad of my weight, gym class nightmare. I need change from Monday to June 8 months I believe should be enough. Please I need change my body has taken over my life

There are a lot of workouts you can do. I suggest first keeping tabs on what youre eating. A good workout will burn 300 calories but you can put that back with one soft drink. So cut out soft drinks and if you must drink them drink diet. Also of course, candy, donuts other junk foods etc need to be cut out. This will help a LOT. The diet will help you lose but if you want to have some muscles under that skin now that the fat is gone you need to start working out. If youre just working out for looks then I would suggest a combination of cardio and weight training. You should weight train only every other day so your muscles can rest and grow. However, your cardio can be done more often. You need to work up to being able to do your cardio for at least 30 minutes at a time. Set goals. You can look dramatically different by June that is plenty of time for you to cut down to 140 or so. Be mindful that if youre lifting weights you wont necessarily lose weight fast because youll build muscles while you lose fat and muscle weighs more. So a better goal to set is to lose 4 inches off your waist or something like that. You can do it!

If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn't apply to you.

But you should also try to love yourself.

yeh it can happen ...well youll lost alot of weight i wudnt expect u to look like dat piccy! it just takes dedication...go to the gym 3-4 times a week and keep your calories down! dont cut out sugar altogether tho youll need a high matabolism!just move more...walking is great for losing weight if you really want to change that walk ....walk EVERYWHERE! dont worry hun you look great no matter what ur size but you will notice a difference! dont expect it to happen straight away tho but the work will pay off good luck hope this helped!
