What vitamins do your body need??
Question: I have been kind of unhealthy most of my life after I stoped being in gymnastics, and i want to get healthy again, so im wondering, addition to the proper diet and excercise, what vitimins do you need to keep your body healthy?
Answers: You should try Source of Life's Liquid Vitamins and Minerals .They absorb better and also take a B -100 vitamin .And Calcium in liquid form. You should also eat ground Flax seed on cereal because it is an excellent Omega-3 food.It is even better than Salmon.It should be kept in the refrigerator as Flax seed will spoil.

Every system in the body is dependent on an adequate supply of essential vitamins and minerals - the endocrine system (hormones), immune system, nervous system, digestive system, etc.
So take a good quality supplement. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, plenty of water and go real easy on the processed/fast/junk foods.

if your diet is healthy and you eat 5 portions a day of fruit and veg you shouldn't take any supplements as you take everything through your diet. supplementation is not always the best option.
A multivitamin is good if you're really concerned, but if you eat a balanced diet, you don't really need it. Try www.mypyramid.gov. It's the government site about the food pyramid, and they give a lot of info about nutrition.
