Stop intake of sugar in tea and coffe,go for salad,low fat diet and exercise of walking,swimming,cycling for half an hour daily.
quickest way would be losing water weight. but this is not advisable. stick to the traditional way of losing weight--exercising. it won't go wrong! but firstly, go for a body check up at a clinic first and consult the doc about his recommended exercise prog for you. that way, you won't risk injuring yourself. all the best OFFICER. haha :)
Ive lost 15lbs in under 1 month, eating cereals, fruit, vegitables, and frozen diet meals, I still eat broiled chicken, salmon, and steak. When your main course isnt enough to satisfy just fill up the rest of the way on fruit. I eat several times a day, but not large portions, and I walk 30 minutes, at least 5 days a week.
And I only drink juice in the morning, the rest of the day I only drink water, or an occasional diet soda, but only one per day.
go on the supermodel diet.. Lax yourself clean and start with a fresh stomach to pump pills into..

Eat healthy proportioned food and exercise ( not limited to the gym) walk insead of ride(if feasible), take the stairs instead of elevators, do the vacuuming instead of the wifey...hey, a leap to the moon came from small steps. It's a start. And take your serious exercise grradually. An achy body is a great discourager.....and most importantly, start ASAP.
You know what, there's really no quick way to lose weight. You've got to have an exercise regimen that works for you but first you should consult a doctor who'll have you stress tested before permitting you to exercise. You could also watch what you're eating- I mean don't count the calories, rather eat less of high cholesterol foods & eat lots of protein. Good luck on your losing weight. God bless.
Hands down, the solution for this officer's problem is : Raspberry vinegarette dressing. Not only does it taste great on everything, it's does a great job of tightening the skin and will have you fitting into jeans you haven't worn in years.
