Question: I want to loose 3 stones in 1-2 months x?
Im 12 and 3/4 and weigh 12st 7lbs or something around there i think. Im about 5' 2/3 and excersise for 2/3 or more hours a week, and wil do more.
I mostly eat balanced but sometimes when im angry or stressed etc.. i go v v v OTT in pigging out. ( Like 3/4 times a week )
I need to loose weight in about 1 to 2 months, it will help my social life, family, confidene and everything, any suggestions or diets?
NO PILLS, SURGERY OR ATKINS ETC.. AND NO DIET IN WICH I HAVE TO BUY THE BOOK. IM A KID WHO CAN AFFORD IT BUT DOESNT HAVE HER CREDIT CARD ON HER : [ ,, or money x

Even if it wasnt you'd have all excess skin from losing too much in such a short time. Eat right (not forgetting to treat yourself occasionally) excercise have fun and gain confidence. You'll soon be shedding the pounds in no time

You're 12 years old? Dieting should be done carefully when young and still growing. Your body needs sufficient vitamins and minerals so the quick fix diets would be dangerous to your body. Try Weight Watchers, it's safe and you can eat the same things you're eating now just in moderation. You could probably lose about 20 pounds in 2 months. Exercise is key! Ask a doctor, they can help you.
Start doing cardio at least 4 times a week more if possible.
Look up the Lose weight diet it is free and you don't have to sign up for anything. I can tell you this right now, you are not going to lose that much weight in that time period 1 st. would be the max in 2 months. You are far too young to be worried about weight though, just go have fun do something active like play sports.
