What other ways of loosing weight help and work just as fast as throwing up??


Answers: Not eating. Throwing up is nasty I can't even do it. Starving is easier.

Throwing up can even make you gain weight. When you throw up your stomache can never get empty all the way and usually when one throws up it was food with lots of calories that was eaten before. If you want to loose weight in a healthy way than you need start changing your attitude first. As long as you do it only for the physical apperance and not for the health factor in it it won´t work. If you eat healthy food, decent portions and have a regular routine of working out it´ll do. Learn to listen to your body, it´ll tell you what to do. if you already started throwing up to loose weight and notice you are not able to stop it by yourself you need help from a doctor.

if u really wanna lose weight it takes some time...all u gotta do is excercise daily and eat healthy....this ways a lot better cuz not only does it make u lose weight but it strenghtens ur heart n all tht other good stuff.
