Question: hi everyone...
i m 22yr .. i m 5.4 feet tall and have 130 lbs..i have my wedding in coming summer.. i really would like to loose 20 lb b4 that time..
i did work on threadmill for like 30 min a day for almost a month..but only 2 lbs has been lost.. i m really dissapointed..i dont know what else to do..
should i discuss with my doctor for taking some diet pills?..
i do scare to try diet pills bzc of their side effect..
any advise?
my daily eating is simple.
i normally dont eat breakfast..
for lunch i have bowl of rice and two slice of cooked meat..
dinner also the same..

Breakfast- bowl of oatmeal and 1/2 grapefruit
am snack- 1/2 chicken breast & 1/2 cup of vegetables
lunch- small sweet potato, small portion of chicken, turkey or pork, and vegetable
pm snack- other 1/2 chicken breast and veggie
dinner- a protein and vegetable then later that evening eat an apple, other 1/2 of grapefruit or berries.
Cut out your salt and sugar!!! You'll loose!
First of all, you have to eat breakfast,its the most important meal of the day. I also learned that you should eat every three to four hours about six times a day to get your metabolism going. Obvious there is a metabolism problem if you only lost 2 pounds in a month after excerising everyday. Another key factor to weight lost is eating smaller portions.So to sum everything up, Start eating healthier, make sure you eat your breakfast (even if its a few spoon full of special k cereal or a fruit),also start logging your daily your daily intake, its like keeping a journal.with all of the tips above should get you to burn more calories while you excercise on your treadmill and you can even join in on a few classes at your local gym. with all of this said and done you should be ready for your wedding in no time.

I'll give you some good advice on mine.yes! its possible to loose 20lbs before your wedding,but you just have to do your tredmill cardio early in the morning then eat your breakfast.That would help you loose weight faster.When people usaly dont eat breakfast they have no energy trough out the day and makes them feel lazy and not to anything and thats when you gain weight
