How can I get taller???
Question: I know that it's a stupid question..but I need to know what I'm supposed to do.
I just turned 16 last Wednesday and I am too, and I mean TOO short for my age. I guess I'm 4'8 or something like that. I didn't drink milk earlier in my life, but now I'm drinking milk mixed with chocolate powder.
Are there any exercise that I can do? I don't want to take any supplements or anything like that. I tried some of those but it never worked.
Please help!
Answers: you can take these shots that make you grow and they actually work. my sisters friend takes them and she is has grown a couple inches. i will get back with more information in an hour.
I honestly think food does not matter becuse if you do some research you will find out that milk for instance only makes your bones stronger and not longer.
height is determined genetically, there isn't anything you can do.
