How can i loose belly weight but keep breast and gain a butt??
Question: All my life ive been skinny, i finally have a ltittle weight on me but it is in the worng place. I want to have a flatter stomach and i want to be bigger in the butt region. When i do cardio, i fell my chest burning and i DONT wanna loos that....thats the best part of me. What can of work out can i do to gain weight but stay in shape?
Answers: When you say chest burning do you mean breathing heavily/painful breathing? Because that's not sore muscles, that's your cardio fitness, and it doesn't have anything to do with where you are losing the weight. If you have severe pain while exercising, you should see your doctor and lower the intensity of the exercise.
Aerobic (cardio) exercise burns calories and helps you lose extra weight, but you can't target where you lose that weight. Everyone is different. Your body is programmed to store fat in certain places more than others. If you want to lose the belly weight, you'll have to do cardio, but you might also lose weight in your arms, thighs, and anywhere else you have fat stores.
You might want to consider strength training to work the muscles in your butt. As they get larger, so does your butt!

keep on doing the cardio, watch what you eat, and when you loose weight, see if you are happy with yourself. if you think your boobs or butt are too small, maybe there will be some guys who won't think that way.

And your genes have a lot to do with it. Some of your friends will have the body you want. They have different genes.
you really need a personal trainer to customize your work out to maximize your assets , keep us posted.
do exercises that target those areas, but really there's no such thing as Create-A-Body unless you get plastic surgery.

dont change your diet, just do moderate cardio, LOTS of sit ups. do several sets on the bouncy ball, a few sets on the floor, and another on the incline bench, also work the sides with side bends. for butt you do alot of lunges, and squats. Those two geve me a freaking J-lo *** which I cant fit pants on LOL. for boobies, just hold them tight with a sports bra..at first they hurt when you work out. Mine are very small and they hurt alot but once the fat stops bouncing after a week, it'lll be better.
Do liposuction of the belly and transfer the fat to your butt.
I have the same problem. The best thing to do is to do ab workouts like pilates that's made specifically for your abs. You can buy a good DVD by GAIAM called Body Target Abs It combines yoga and pilates to flatten abs.
Also, yogurt and other dairy products have been found to specifically reduce belly fat.
