IS THIS healthy????????????
Question: im trying a healthy diet .... if i consume 1200 - 1400 calories a day ( eating 5 small meals per day ) and exercising an avg of 16 miles per week on a vegetarian diet for a long period of time ( the rest of my life) is this healthy???????/
Answers: it could be but you need to pay close attention to the protien in your diet. it is difficult to get the proper amount of protien on a vegatarian diet. there is a difference in protien as plant type protiens are usually not complete protiens . this means you need a combination of differnt types that will compliment each other
