Anorexia advice??
Question: seriously, i need some. no lectures please, this is my life and my decision.
Answers: don't really agree with you but then that would mean calling myself a hypocrite, not anorexic, but kinda getting there =\ you could check out pro-ana sites.
There is no way I'm going to give you tips on how to make your life a living hell. Trust me, you do NOT want to do this to yourself, I know first hand. Then, once you try to stop it's nearly impossible. In reality eating disorders make you look worse, you'll look pale and you'll even start to lose your hair. You feel weak all the time and get sick more often. Do yourself a favor and if you must loose weight do it in a healthy way. I know you don't want lectures , but I really truley am trying to help you out here.

Oh yeah, good choice... I had anorexia/bulimia issues in my younger teen years. It is not a force you want to deal with. It becomes all you think about, all you care about and you aren't even happy with your weight loss because it is never enough. I did exactly what the first girl, whose answer I just reported, did with bulimic twists. Hardly anyone even noticed what I wasn't eating so it was up to me to crawl out of the hole all by myself. I'm now at a healthy weight and so much happier. If that is your choice, I suggest you re-think it.

i was anorexic 4 a wile and the results are NOT good, i had a LOT of muscle loss, headaches, i was tired all the time, all i ever did was sleep cuz i didnt have any energy, my hair was unhealthy...but i was thin!...too thin
btw belemia is worse. everytime u do it it tears away some of the tissue that holds ur organs n place and sooner or later its all gone and ur organs collapse and choke each other where theres no circulation and you die within 5 mins

try stretching not only before and after you work out but later that day and when you wake up the next morning. Also you can use Whey protein, its a powder that you can mix in a drink. It helps build
If that's how much you weigh, I wouldn't dwell on trying to lose weight and diet. Eat healthy and exercise and you'll be fine. :-)
