Im 12 how can i loose weight??
Question: I really want to lose weight ive tride being belemic but i cant throw it up so that did not work........i need ways that i can get skinnier,is there anything that can make ur metabolism higher or something?

Do not throw up your food. You can damage your esophagus due to the acid that will follow your food. Eat a lot of fruits. Do some walking everyday. Drink a lot of water. It will keep you full. Eat raw veggies like cucumbers and carrots etc. Eat small portions of meats. Take your vitamins most importantly. Do not starve yourself either.

The only safe way to lose weight is to exercise more and eat less. But at your age, you must be especially careful to eat a balanced diet. Your body is not through growing and changing. People who are truly bulemic are psychologically unwell, and they need a doctor's care too. Find something active that's fun and healthy to do---swimming, hiking, bicycling, skating, etc.

Beyond that, at 12 you shouldn't be trying to lose weight (again, unless your doctor is telling you to and giving you specific instructions).

What you can do is hit the gym everyday for about an hour and a half at most. Ride the eliptical really hard so your hpm is over 150. That is to get started. Then I would suggest to start narrowing out sweet and fatty foods. Keep more of a healthy diet. Track what your eating and make sure to never get some kind of eating disorder again. Those don't do anything for you except hurt your body.
u prollay don't need to lose weight but if u feel that u do nee dto here's what i'd do try binge eating. It's where u eat a lot of food and thenlike eat a little. This is what i do and for the most part it works.

At ur age, I wouldn't go messing with ur weight unless u r morbidly obese. And even if u r, being bulemic is NOT the road 2 go on. I m sure u have heard this a thousand times, but three healthy, portioned meals a day with 2-3 servings of dairy and 5 or more servings of fruit and veggies along with daily exercise is the healthiest, safest way 2 loose weight.
i used to think that i was fat but all i needed to do was excersise, its the only healthy way to lose wieght. go to the gym and really ur 12 ,don't think about that kind of stuff. just go have fun with ur friends. And if u eat a lot of junk food then stop. instead of chips, eat carrots
