Wat should i eat???


Question: i am like 5'4, 120 pounds and 17 years old. i want to lose some weight around my stomach and i have love handles that bulge over my jeans and i dont like that. i dont have time to work out so wat are some things i can eat to help me lose some weight on my stomach?i like everything eles on me. so plz help and tell me a good diet plan or something tat will help plz thanks
Answers: in terms of food, eat less salt, it causes fluid retention
instead of frying things steam them, eat more veggies and less junk obviously
and make your portion sizes smaller, not so you starve just don't eat too much, and only snack on fruits
but if you only want to lose weight on your stomach you should do some situps before bed every night (its not too time consuming) plus cardio like running to the shops or somethng
to get rid of your muffin top, you must actually exercise rather than control your diet.

if anything, even working out for 15 minutes a day can help out.
My sister is a nutritionist and she always helps people with this stuff (lol not me im skinny enough lol) but here are some tips you can do. Try not to drink too much caffeine, and other sugar products because all of that sugar STAYS in your stomach and is hard to get rid of it. thats how fat and other obesity diseases and stuff occurs so keep it low on those ok. Also try to eat alot of healthy fresh products such as apples and oranges. Carrots and broccoli, get them and put them in a pot of water and boil them until you see the broccoli turning slightly into a deep green color, thats when its at its best. So dont over cook it ok, maybe a minute or a half. then you should go buy step tracker that keeps track of how many steps you do in a day. This is very important because when you use this, you can always improve yourself and keep track. Who ever said that walking was not an exercise was wrong. If you need to do stuff like shopping and other activities that are close buy, dont drive, grab your step o meter and start walking and day by day you should increase your steps and before you know it, with a little dedication, you will be however you want yourself to be. But just as a side hint, 120 pounds is not a lot for a girl who is 17, but thats just coming from a guy who doesnt judge girls by looks but by who they are. anyways best of luck and if you need more tips just tell me ok.

2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat

4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks

5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy satisfied

6) exercise - combine weights and cardio. For stomach exercises look at situps, side planks.
