Best weight loss or metabolism pills??
Question: I know its not the way to lose weight, I love excersising and all that jazz, but at this point in my schedualed life, i dont have time for it! so i need something that will actually work. im overweight about 10-15 pounds and I want to know whats the best/quickest weight loss/metabolism pills!
Answers: exercise and food modifications are not enough for most people. most people's metabolisms are damaged from excessive exercise and restrictive dieting. Anyone who says none of the pills work is uninformed. THe best thing to do is read up on your systems like digestion, and metabolism, and take what optimizes those most. Even Yahoo Health has articles on superfoods to help you lose weight.
