Does P90X really Work??
Question: Im a very big guy that hates to go to the gym but wants to stay fit and build muscle but im at the point of being over weight and I need to know does the P90X really work for a teenager at 225 pounds. Or is there a another way or program that can help save my life. PLZ respond as soon as you can thank you very much
Answers: If you're on the overweight side you probably want to lose fat which would mean you would need to go on a diet. Its impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. I don't know if the p90x works.. maybe it does. But here's a site that can give you some insite on an appropriate diet and the information will be totally free.

i am 26, 5'10 and 225lbs. I am active, i rock climb, ride bike (last month i rode 270 miles) kayak, wake board and ski. I am not in perfect shape, i wanted to lose about 20 lbs so i bought it. That sh it is hard. I cannot finish one full session. It also requires more time than i can devote so it has not worked for me. if you have 1-2 hours per day, every day then it may work for you
