Im 15 yrs old and i want to know a good exercise routine which will help me get a 6 pack??
Question: i weigh currently 56 kilos and am 165 cm tall. i have been fat most of my life and want 2 learn a routine which will get me a 6 pack as quick as possible but that wont take and hour outta my day plz help
Answers: Hi there,it's great to have six pecs and personally,I would suggest that you start of with 50-100 crunches and 30 seconds plank(or bridge as some call it).As you progress,challenge yourself to do more.Goodluck! :D
Good luck with the not taking an hour part. First, in order to be able to see a 6 pack on a female, they have to have 14% body fat only, on males it is 7%. First you need to get rid of the excess fat on your body by doing cardio workouts, running, jumping rope, power walking, eliptical machines, climbing stairs etc. And your going to have to do it for about an hour a day 5 days a week. People who have 6 pack abs work very very very hard for them . They just don't happen by following a video called 8 minute abs. So be prepared for that. Also after you are done doing cardio, you will need to be doing extensive ab work with multiple different machines, so that you can work all the muscle groups in your abs. You will need to do this every other day. Good luck
