I want to lose 30lbs in a month....??


Question: I know its not healthy but can I do it and how so? I have been a big girl all my life and for as long as I can remember..but I want to drop 30lbs in a month! I know its not really healthy but again is it doable?
Answers: depends on how much you weight if you weigh 300lb then its 10% its ok
if you weight 150lb then its 20% and it not
there is no magic secret if your calory expenditure exceeds your calory intake then you will lose weight
how ever because alrge part of this your weight loss will be water ( this isnt bad) next month you wont lose 30lbs
it took you years to put the wieght on it cant be taken off in months

The biggest challenge is that you start out and get it moving then it gets very very very hard and you break out and eat, that’s ok to do it once but you have to get back on the diet
Fad diets are ok but at the end of the day try 1200 calories and walk twice away until you become tired
Breathing heavy and becoming puffed is when it is working. Provided you don’t have an underlying health condition
