How do I learn how to eat healthier??
Question: I just had a baby and want to lose the extra 10 lbs. Normally I just exercise and eat whatever I want and I'm able to lose weight just fine, but now I would like to learn how to live a healthier life overall. I find that I'm pretty clueless though, after years of bad habits. Can anyone recommend any good websites or books or anything at all to help me out?

why buy a book? just use common sense. limit your sugar and candy intake. dont eat anything fried. dont eat fast food. check the labels of the food you buy. make sure they have little (or no) saturated fat and absolutely no trans fat.

I think you should join a gym and then get a personal trainer. They'll help you out more then any of us.
