Best exercises to tone thighs and butt??


Question: i have big thighs and butt and they don't match the rest of my body.Everywhere else is very small. i am very self confident about this and i really need to change it. please help me i need all the advice i can get. I can't go through life always feeling self confident about how my butt and thighs look.
Answers: Well there's a big difference between toning those areas or losing fat in those areas. If you want to lose fat, just do cardio, any type, pretty hardcore while cutting back on calories or improving your diet.

If you want to add some nice lean muscle to those areas, squats are the best. Reverse lunges are great too.
