Girls/ women... i need advice.??


Question: I'm 14 years old and i'm seriously hating my life right now. it's because i hate my body.i'm 5'4 (and gaining). i feel like i'm so fat. all the girls in my grade have nice bodies and i'm on the verge of tears whenever i look at them. I hatemy legs. If i just had a pair of nice legs i would be happy. How could i start losing weight. please i want to have an absolutely gorgeous body before nest sept...do you think i can do thiss??

i do taebo its like kickboxing. i swear after doing it only like a couple times i had abs!! :D
eat smaller portions and use smaller plates. lock yourself in your room if you have too. its hard for me i must eat :) haha

ok first of all it's really easy and don't starve yourself. You have to deal with portions. When your going to eat something like snacky (or anything) look at the calories on the box and only use the serving said. Also replace bad foods with yummy fruits like strawberrys, cherries, apples, oranges, etc. You should excersize for at least 30mins a day in my opinion. some sit ups to. but most of all your body is you! if you change what you look like you might not be you anymore!

you should try to eat healthier and exercise more and i know it is harder than it sounds, i have had some weight problems too but you are still young and your hips will widen as you go into puberty

You need to run everyday for at least 30 minutes. An elliptical is an acceptable substitute if you can't run for what every reason. Make sure you stretch before you run.

Don't starve yourself, but don't eat too much either. Make sure that the things that you do eat are healthy.

Try lifting light weights once or twice a week.
well im 5'4 and weighs 104lbs. sooo first of all, ur legs? r u saying they look fat and stuff? well let me tell u this u dont want chicken legs. well i run a lot and work out my legs i dont have chicken legs. but they're still skinny. first of all just work out ur leg muscles so u could have a curve.. not like some chicken legs lol. then yea thats it. u should try taking some dancing classes... it really helps. and PLUS u dont need to wrry. thats a good weight actually. the reason why its so much is probably cuz ur musculer. i mean in a good way. u dont want just skin and bones...do u?
You're not fat at all. You are in the healthy weight range. Anything from around 110-130 at your height is considered average, and then some people can be a fair amount lower and others a fair amount higher and still be healthy, just based on their build.
