Question: I want to know what disease you can get from not having certain things from the food group. Also include symptoms.
The food groups are:
Protein
Carbohydrates
fats
Water
Vitamins
Minerals
Only answer if you can give an answer for two fo the listed food groups and give a website from where you got your information. Thanks
Answers: Protein- Needed to repair your wear and tear in your body.
Carbohydrate- to give energy to your body it gives you immediate energy. The deficiency could cause Hypoglycemia.
Fats- Cholesterol are kind of fat your body has HDL and LDL the ratio of both is needed in you body for proper metabolism. fat is also a stored food in your body if you do not have emergency supply you could think what could happen to you.
Water- 95% of the body is made up of water. It will cause dehydration and may lead to death.
Vitamins- Different type of vitamins are needed for different uses. Like Vitamin A and B for you vision. Vitamin C for healing, Vitamin d for bone density, K for blood coagulation. and so on
Minerals- also for diff rent type of function in your body like calcium for your bones and teeth, sodium and potassium for nervous system and so on you asked such a big question here if you answer it it will take 2-3 days to write the complete answer
I can say is, too much protein will lead to gout. ie, uric acid too high.
fats: too much will lead to obesity and cholestorel
lack of water: dehydration
I think you are confused at to what food groups are and as far as getting diseases from not eating certain foods is very complex ed and can vary in each person

Protein and Carbohydrates can be obtained from more than one of the food group. Minerals and Vitamins are in all the foods we eat and water in not food group
