Crohn's Disease ??
Question: Can anyone recommend a diet that is a crohn's friendly diet? Or website with diet information. I'm 31, was diagnosed 12 years ago. Had an ileostomy and reversal 10 years ago. Looking for help with recommended diet.

Low Fiber. No nuts, seeds, dried beans. Limit yourself on Milk products. No chunky peanut butter. Limit desserts with Nuts, coconut, dried fruits. Limit intake of Popcorn. Limit fruits with seeds, Strawberries, Raspberries. no tomatoes with seeds.
