well i dunno if i can hep but lemme try-i m a mother of a 12 yr old boy--and hes very tall almost 5'8 -i m a shorty but his dad is 6'2-but the docs dont agree that he inherited it-they say his bone or skeletal structure is wide spread-dunno wht thats sposed to mean-and they did a arm span--they asked my son to stretch out both his arms n they measured it saying it looked like marfan syndrome--so its gotta do with sum genetic disorder which causes high spurts of growth-seems the skeletal bones stretch-i no i aint of much help--but i m desperately looking for answers too--take care
