Have any type of sex you want and give as much blood as you want. The type of sex you engage in has nothing to do with what is in your blood. Millions of people give blood every year and there are already very strict testing standards in place to make sure that impure blood gets rejected. Anyone that is sexually active can get an STD, so they can't exactly ask for only virgin blood right? Oral and anal sex won't affect your blood, so don't worry. And if they ask you that, tell them to mind their own business, because they have nothing to do with each other.
