Question: how can I deepen my voice without surgery. I dont want to hear about surgery or the occasional, go threw puberty !
Answers: Unfortunetely, there is no real way to do this, unless you want to force your voice into a deeper octave when you speak. But doing that usually makes your voice sound fake and other people can usually pick up on it. Your best bet is to just speak in your natural voice register and learn to be happy with it.
If you haven't reached puberty yet or are still in puberty, your voice is probably high. Some boys voices are as high as girls or higher before puberty finishes. It's completely normal and your voice will change and deepen, so don't worry about it. I know that's not necessarily what you want to hear but it's a fact nevertheless. Once you reach adulthood, if you feel that you have an unnaturally high voice, you could try talking to a vocal coach (who normally train singers or try to help people with speach impediments).
