Question: is it true that is you try semen for the first time that you will throw up or get sick?
Answers: Not exactally. I mean if you don't like the taste, or you have a queezy stomach, then maybe. But the only thing that will happen is you will throw up. If your interested, give it a try.

Normal semen is not harmful so the answer to your question is no , don't believe in such myth. However if you swallow contaminated (eg : with HIV virus ) semen, then there is a possibility that you might fall sick. For precaution it is better not to try semen ( unless it is yours ) of the others, you never know whether the semen of these people are clean or not. This is a very strong message not to you but also to everybody as we all know AIDS is spreading in this world like wild fire. We need to curb this as much as possibe afterall, there is no benefit for one to swallow semen
