Gain Weight??


Question: Hi im 15, and i do alot of boxing and other physical sports, im 5'11 and about 130-140 not too sure about weight, but i need a quick way to gain weight, or upper body mass. Im not really weak, i just need to gain some weight so i dont get thrown around so much in the ring or any other sport.
Answers: Eat six meals a day with lots of protein, coupled with your daily workout. You need lots of calories to build muscle mass, especially if you thin and have a high metabolism. One of the most important parts of building lots of muscle fast that most people overlook, is nutrition. Nutrition is so critical to gaining muscle mass, don't overlook it. Think of it this way a race car will not perform nearly as well or go as fast if only supplied with regular octane gasoline. It needs high octane racing fuel to run at peak performance. The same thing is true about your body. You need quality nutrition coupled with physical exercise to meet your goals.

homie i'm 14 and 5'4 102lbs and i kick *** at contact sports and oh... wait... this only helps if your short well i have no solution to your problem except give the guy ur fighting x-lax ( a laxitive) befo da fight and well its kinda self explanitory
