There are lots of standard IQ tests online, just search for them via Google. There are psychometric tests for different purposes, such as verbal and numerical reasoning, abstract reasoning, spatial reasoning, mechanical comprehension, fault diagnosis etc.
Many employers use them in assessment centres for weeding out large numbers of applicants. If you do them often enough you'll get the hang of them and you'll keep getting higher scores! That doesn't mean you get more intelligent, it just means you get better at passing those particular tests.
