If I chose voluntarily to leave Value Options, would I run the risk of being possibly petitioned??

Answers: If you're on voluntary out-patient status, and there's no unusual circumstances in your situation, you may leave a clinic to go to another or discontinue treatment altogether.
However, if you are believed by your treatment team to be a danger to yourself or others, they can have you involuntarily admitted to a psychiatric ward, or may petition the court to order you to comply with treatment.
