Lucinda Bassett's Midwest Center??
Question: I hear a lot of advertisements for the Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety (I think that's what ít's called). Can anyone tell me what her basic theory / method is? And has it worked for you? Thanks.
Answers: I was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder 5 years ago and nothing seemed to be helping, I was having anxiety attacks everyday and worrying about everything and staying locked up in my room crying constantly until I saw Lucinda Bassett's info commercial and everything changed, I ordered her tapes and it helped me more than anything just to know that there where other people out there with the same thing and I wasnt alone and I wasnt crazy.
