I feel angry and depressed all the time.??


Question: For the past couple of months i've been feeling really angry and depresed all the time, and everyone i see in my life people i know and dont know, i hate somthing about them, like earyelr on today i logged on to a website of mine and on the front page was a picture of a girl, and her face made me want to slap her in the face, i'm also a pessimistic wich means i see the bad side to everything, i got that alongside the depression, its driving me insane and i really need some help!

Answers: that my dear is called depression. you might think about seeing a doctor. getting on some meds. Anger induces alot of stress, anger is like a poison. You need to get out of that; and stay away from drugs and alcohol. I'm not accuseing, but I've been there so I know what happens sometimes. You do need so sort of therapy. Recently I went through a phase of anger that was very destructive not only to me but also to the people around me. So do this for yourself. You've already taken the first step, awareness is a very big step believe it or not, and further more you reached out. You're on the right track kid. God bless you, take care...... maria
See a doctor for a complete physical. Your psychological distress could have a medical basis. If none is found, ask for a referral to a therapist. Preferably a psychiatrist who can prescribe medication in combination with talk therapy if that is necessary.
We live in a mean ol' world and it seems most of us will suffer a major depression at least once in our lifetimes. Look at all the commercials for it!
Finally, seek God. He is an ever present help in times of trouble and anxiety in my life. I highly recommend him, along withthe prophet Isaiah who rightly said, Unto us a son is born, unto us a child is given and his name shall be called, Wonderful, counselor, almighty God, the everlasting father and the prince of peace. He's yours to accept or reject, but I know the peace and comfort he gives me is real.

Get yourself on some drugs. Then again anything I say your going to hate and maybe even want to slap me in the face.
You can also get a friend. One that makes you laugh and doesn't judge you. Think about it.
You may be depressed. Make an appointment with a psychologist or even with your primary care physician to share your symptoms. You may just need to talk to someone on a regular basis, you may need medication, or you may have a physical condition causing your symptoms. Go to a professional to get an evaluation of the things that you're experiencing.
you do sound depressed and need to go and seek some medical help,as it is no way to live,also you may have a bad case of S.A.D .are you like this in the summer,is there alot going on in your life,
Also write down your thoughts and feelings so they don't cram your thought process,find some thing that is positive in your life,you can either slip down or fight like hell to climb back up.its hard when you are down,but negativity breeds negativity. try breathing exercises as well slowing your breathing down,feeling your body relax as you take each breath,saying to your self in with positive and breath out and imagine the negative going away like black soot.you should also think of trying some reiki if you find it hard to settle down to relax as this would help.hope you feel better soon
Try to look at the positive things in people. If someone started giving you a lecture on something and you thought they were boring, try to think that actually the person is very intelligent
no how u feel, i bite for any little thing my missus talks im losin da plot, the tele im ready t kick t pieces coz i dont like som1 singing, this been building up for past few months, ive destroyed many mobiles, tables a stereo, i think twice bout tv as it worth near a grand, and computer worth round 500 pound, but im getin close,i seen doctor i was on citalapram, they not seem t work so bak i went he now put me on prozac so see how they go, do see doctor

Are you in therapy? Are you taking medication for your depression? Both of those would help you.
go to see your doctor and ask him for health check tell him how you are feeling and he will take it from there but dont be shy tell him ooops or her exactly how you feel

I've heard that when you're angry all the time, your cholesterol could be too high.
just breath deeply and try and control your anger at anytime and when you feel a bit say just get some money and bye a small gift for your self might make you feel a little better .

I felt the same way for a while. With family and social problems, i couldn't even see a bright side to anything. I started seeing things in my friends and loved ones which bothered me, and even with people who i really wanted to be friends with and when we finally were i found many things about them which i disliked. The problem is, is that you need to talk to someone FACE TO FACE about this. A therapist can help you through many life struggles, even if you don't believe so. And try to look at the positives, you're life will improve, ignore your pessimism.
why don't you try speaking to your doctor he/she might prescribe you antidepressant's and a counsellor to chat to about how you are feeling,hope you feel better soon xx
You need to see the doctor. At least you know you are depressed and can tell the doctor what the problem is. Is it circumstances that are making you feel depressed eg not happy at work or at home? Or does it seem that there is no reason to be feeling like this? The fact that you wanted to slap the girl on the website is disturbing, you do need to get help. One of the worst characteristics of depression is attention seeking, a cry for help if you like, you have made your cry for help and now you must do something about it before things get out of hand, you know there is a problem or you would not have asked this question. Have you talked to a therapist-psychologist or psychiatrist? You say you are depressed? Is this your labeling or have your been labeled this by a professional? If so I presume you are on medicine and in some kind of therapy. IF not you sound like you should be. You also sound like maybe you should get some kind of work up to make sure there is not some kind of other problem going on in your system whether it is a chemical or hormonal imbalance.
