Pls advice me
Answers: OK, here's what you do:
The only way to stop doing something is after you learn to hate it. You keep coming back to it because you love it- obviously. So no matter how much you restrict yourself you will still find a way to get to it - because that is your passion. You have to hate it because it starts with your head - and ends with it. You first had to fall in love with it before you ever went to it right? or immediately after. it was your love for it that kept making you come back for more. I loved chips and bakery stuff until i realized and thought about just how much crap is in there: saturated fat, chemicals, not to even mention the easiest way to get a whole bunch of calories without much nutrients. Just knowing that it isn't good for me made me hate it. I found them disgusting, so I stopped indulging in them.

You might be thinking, how can I find disgusting somethng that is so amazing?!
Here's why:
God created sex for a woman and a man who are commitment to one another. But what people did was use sex as not as a wonderfull way of showing deep love and effection to one another, but for pleasure WITHOUT love, barely caring about the other partner. Especially in hardcore sex, which you can see so clearly in. The partners just use each other. There is no loyalty, commitment, faithfullness, or even respect.
To me that is disgusting.

Hating something is the first and most important step to leaving it.
I understand your situation.Try to find other thing to do that can stop your hobby like doing outdoor activity and don't turn on your computer your computer for one month....
Maybe the outdoor activity can be...
1)Sport (badminton,swimming,baseball)
2)Learn how to cooking and you can do this activity with your gf
3)Take your gf to shopping cause women like to shopping
Try to do it...maybe it will work
Why do you consider this an addiction? A lot of guys look at porn. My boyfriend does and it doesn't bother me. You shouldn't feel bad about it.
Hey dude, i watch porno once in a while.
I don`t see any thing wrong with it.
So watch your porno, don`t feel bad.
This is an addition. You have a craving, you 'give-in' to it, then you have guilt thereafter! This is pure addition, like to drugs or other vices. That others have similar behavior without guilt does not make it right. It is also immoral. So, try discussing this with your partner, friends or counselors. You need assistance to break the 'cycle'.
The thing about sexual behavior is this, if you feel good about it before, during, and after than it's ok. Since you feel down about it isn't not a good thing. Monitor how much time you are spending doing it, this is a good indication of addiction versus not addiction.
Follow this advice to the letter.... and you'll be free of it.

It hasn't worked because every time you're judging yourself.
Stop judging it as wrong, bad, etc.
Then.... see clearly how it doesn't really have any type of good result whatsoever.

Anything you see clearly without trying to solve it, consciousness frees you from.

If you can avoid judging, it's just a matter of doing it one time that you're actually totally aware. Then it clearly won't make sense on any level to keep doing what is seen to not have a good result.

In fact it has a negative result.... so it will be enough to just witness this without judgment.... and you'll stop very easily....

Right now you believe there's a payoff. When you see the payoff is only just suffering.... would you have any reason to continue? None.
But this MUST be seen completely on a more than intellectual level WITHOUT JUDGMENT.
How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet

1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( Strongly Recommend NetDog Porn Filter, you can get it from www.netdogsoft.com ) on your computer. it will help to protect you from stumbling into pornography by accident, That's important.

2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov

3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.

4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.

5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.

6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.

Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.
