Does the Linden method work? I have life crippling OCD will it work?? and is it relevant to OCD??

Question: I have OCD and other anxiety conditions, have had since i was like 7. Got mixed feelings from the website and not sure whether it's a money making scam, can anyone advise on it's effectiveness??
Answers: It didn't work for me personally because my anxiety was caused by a physical problem (I didn't know it at the time.) But I do think the program is sound. The program is all about changing your subconscious way of thinking by using visualization, relaxation and other mental thinking. It's based on Nine Pillars and you really need to commit to changing your thinking.-- some of these things I still need to do, such as letting go of the past and not rearranging my life to accommodate it.
Like for example, there's a family party this weekend 1 hour down the freeway. I'm nervous about it, but I cannot stay home to accommodate the nervousness.

Send me a message and I will talk to you more about the program. I was going to write you a private message with more detail but your profile doesn't allow it.
Total money making scam. Try The OCD/Anxiety Workbook available at Borders and Barnes N Noble. Much better.
I have generalized anxiety disorder, and it helped.
I've never heard of the Linden method. However, basic cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), combined with a selective serotonin receptor intake (SSRI) medication, is among the best type of therapy for OCD.
