Im tired but i dont want to sleep!??

Answers: I get that problem aaaalllll the time. the only solution thats really out there is to find a normal regular routine that you can stick to. whether thats reading a book everynight before bed or watching ten to twenty minutes of t.v. find one and stick to to it. you'll go to bed before you know it. another solution that works for me is to stretch. yea i said stretch! lol. your back, your arms, your neck. deep breaths and youll relax.
because you don't feel satisfied with the day? pick a small task and complete it and then maybe you will feel like you have done something and can sleep.
Dont go for a sleep inducing pills. You can go to a gym in the day to do some workouts. this will tire your body further. Avoid drinking coffee before going to bed.
The best suggestion i wold give is and belive me it worked for me:
Take a walk in the evening
Take a bath
then have a glass of hot milk before going to bed.
Read someintresting novel on the bed.
me tooo!!!! but what i do is sit in my bed or on the couch or something and whatch tv until i cant open my eyes anymore i just sleep ha. if tht makes sense at all. but you do something read whatch tv but get off the comp. that doesnt help a bit. =] good luck.
why don't you want to sleep? Your body needs sleep and if you are tired, you are stupid not to sleep.
have you tried going to myour family doctor to find out why you cant sleep he might prescribe you sleeping pills
