haha, the comment above me is funny, I havent tried it persay, Ive spoken to people who have, mostly you'll get a minor improvement but nothing overly significant

if you want to know how to really relax your eyes and make them feel comfortable try the bates method... I doubt your vision will improve but its great for eyestrain and making your eyes overall feel more comfortable

the palming method is incredibly refreshing and keeps me going for hours! :)
