My eye has a red dot on it. i don't think it's pink eye. any thoughts????

If you have been stressed or straining lately, it could be a busted blood vessel. That will eventually go away over time. If you don't have any extra crust build up, yea, it's not pink eye.
Could be something else but I would also say a bursted blood vessel, if you have sneezed or coughed pretty hard that could have done it but I agree if it doesnt go away in a few days go get it checked
