I suggest VERRY STRONGLY that you read that card with your right eye. Both our eyes actually see different colours of the spectrum, one is red one is blue, they then come together to make the whole picture. I would say their is an ink or dye or similar on the card that will damge vision, however if I was you I would report this to consumer affairs and keep on it until they change what they are doing, sounds ******** dangerous and illegal to me
try reading it with the right eye
