My left eye has been twitching for a long time?wht is the reason for this??
Answers: I had the same problem with my left eye too. It goes away and comes back -it may have to do with lack or sleep, too much caffeine or straining your eyes from watching t.v or a computer screen for long periods of time. I haven't figure out the exact cause for me -but maybe one or more of those applies to you. Hope it helps.

Try drinking fresh tomato juice or eating bananas to increase your potassium intake.

you should go to the eye docter and have it checked out
you have to get glasses or contacts
