Answers: i work at lenscraters and there are many different contacts you can choose from such as the acuvue oasys, which you can leave out on the counter for like 20 minutes and it's still spongy and moist, to contacts that you wear for one day only.
Some contactas you can even wear for a whole month without taking it out. talk to your optometrist, explain to them about your daily activities and they can come to the conclusion of what contact works best for you.
