Vagina Question??

Question: ok this is a really stupid question but if anyone could give me a website where it talks about vaginal discharge and what the norm is id like to read up about it... im a hypocondriac and i am always worried about something
Answers: www.webmd.com
Here is a web site for you that should answer your questions.
It's not a stupid question at all. Here are a few links to help you out.

Basically, normal vaginal discharge is clear or white and is thin and watery, although it may seem more stringy and sticky during ovulation. It usually has no smell or a very mild smell

If the discharge becomes clumpy (almost like cottage cheese) and develops a yeasty, beer or bread like smell, you're probably looking at a yeast infection.

If the discharge turns yellow or green, a bacterial infection may be at play.

In either case, if your vaginal discharge is not normal, see your doctor before self-treating. You can also talk to your doctor or nurse about normal vs abnormal vaginal discharges for extra reassurance.
