What is the likeliness of a Mirena IUD falling out??
Question: And not noticing it? I'm married with two children already, I had the Mirena IUD put in approximately 18 months ago and it was still in place at my last check up. I had my period last month as normal, but now it is ten days late... any chance it would become dislodged without me knowing? I can't seem to locate anything on the website. Thank you!

The chances of it falling out is very rare, and it would almost be impossible not to notice.
It is not uncommon for women to stop menstruating all together on Mirena. You should take a pregnancy test to make sure, though.
EDIT (for Katie): Spotting is completely normal. I never had a period after insertion. I occasionally have some light spotting, though.
